Volunteer Central
At WCS, we believe that parents and guardians are an important part of our school family. When we work together, we create the best possible environment for students to grow academically and spiritually.
There are a lot of ways to get involved - from classroom help to events, athletics, fine arts, and projects you can even do from home.
Each family needs to volunteer 10 hours per year, and we truly appreciate your support. Click below to record your family’s volunteer hours or you can pick up a sheet in the office.
Beginning August 2026, each family will have a $250 volunteer fee, which can be worked off through service. Families will receive $25 credit for every hour volunteered and recorded, lowering the fee as hours are completed. The remaining balance, if any, will be due by May 1st.
